The Vista VST1 200mm heavy duty Type 1 wall tie is designed for masonry cavity wall construction, providing a strong and reliable connection between the inner and outer leaves of a cavity wall. Suitable for most building types and standard building heights, it ensures structural stability while helping maintain effective moisture control within the cavity.
Manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel, the wall tie includes a constant drip feature to help prevent moisture transfer across the cavity. The tie is BBA approved and tested to BS EN 845-1 as a Type 1 wall tie for strength and Type B for sound performance, making it suitable for most UK building applications.
Supplied in boxes of 250, these wall ties are suitable for new builds, extensions, and general masonry construction work.
