Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or exchange.
Before sending anything back
Please contact us at admin@jonesdiy.co.uk before returning an item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your order receipt or proof of purchase.
Return postage
We do not offer free returns unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, we will refund the return postage cost along with the item refund or exchange. We may ask for proof of postage and evidence of the issue.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can review the issue and help put it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or custom lengths. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you need is to return the original item, then place a separate order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5 days to reach your bank, and your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it.
