Delivery Information
We ship hardware, fixings and ironmongery across the UK. Delivery options are shown at checkout based on your basket and the products ordered.
Dispatch
We make every effort to dispatch orders placed before 3:15pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. Occasionally a product may be out of stock or delayed; if this affects your expected dispatch date, we will try to let you know.
Orders are typically dispatched with Royal Mail. Bulky or non-standard parcels may be sent with another courier.
UK Mainland delivery
- Free delivery: orders over £50
- £3.99: orders under £49.99, usually 1 to 3 business days
- £8.99: orders under £49.99, next business day option where available
Small & Light delivery
Some smaller everyday products may qualify for Small & Light delivery at checkout.
- £1.79: qualifying orders under £49.99, usually 1 to 3 business days
- £2.99: qualifying orders under £49.99, Royal Mail 24 option where available
