Delivery Information

We ship hardware, fixings and ironmongery across the UK. Delivery options are shown at checkout based on your basket and delivery address.

Dispatch

We make every effort to dispatch orders placed before 3:15pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. Occasionally a product may be out of stock or delayed; if this affects your expected dispatch date, we will try to let you know.

Orders are typically dispatched with Royal Mail. Bulky or non-standard parcels may be sent with another courier.

UK delivery

  • Standard delivery — £3.99: orders below £50, usually 1 to 3 business days
  • Free standard delivery: orders of £50 or more
  • Premium 24Hr delivery — £8.99: next business day option where available, at all order values

Postage is calculated automatically at checkout.
